ŠEF PROIZVODNJE (1 izvršilac)


Opis posla:
• Objedinjuje i vrši koordinaciju svih zadataka i aktivnosti tj. operativnih poslova iz delokruga izrade čelične konstrukcije, mašinske obrade, neophodne probne montaže koordinisano prema ostalim korisnicima njegovih usluga
• U dogovoru sa direktorom proizvodnje definišu prioritetne aktivnosti u proizvodnji
• U dogovoru sa tehničkom pripremom planira i prati radne naloge u proizvodnji, izdaje radne zadatke i potrebna stručna upustva, uzimajući učešće u izradi tehnoloških postupaka
• Planira, organizuje i prati proces proizvodnje na dnevnom, nedeljnom i mesečnom nivou, uključujući prateća dokumenta kao što su termin planovi izrade, stepeni gotovosti proizvodnje i drugi slični izveštaji
• Izrada mesečnog nivoa angažovanja radnika za potrebe službe isplate zarada (poentaža, karnet…)
• Aktivno uzima učešće u kontroli kvaliteta proizvodnje
• Stara se o stanju alata, mašina i ostale neophodne opreme za rad proizvodnog pogona, upravlja radom radnika na održavanju i određuje prioritete održavanja
• Stara se o stanju potrošnog materijala i HTZ opreme neophodne za rad (brusno rezne ploče, radne rukavice, zaštitne naočare…)
• Koordinira lagerovanje i pakovanje gotovih proizvoda, vrši izradu potrebnih izlaznih dokumenata i otpremnica, koordinira sa službom transporta i naručiocem usluga organizuje otpremu gotove robe

Kvalifikacije:
• VII stepen mašinske ili građevinske struke
• Odlično nivo znanja MS Office, Autocad, poželjno znanje 3D-software-a (Tekla, Advance, Solid…)
• Poznavanje engleskog jezika verbalno, pisano na novu B1-B2 ili više
• Radno iskustvo od najmanje 2 godine na istim ili sličnim poslovima
• Spremnost za rad i na drugim poslovima u proizvodnji
• Odgovornost, posvećenost, spremnost za stalno učenje i usavršavanje
• Spremnost za timski rad
• Vozačka dozvola B kategorije
• Uverenje da lice nije osuđivano

Accounting Manager Job Responsibilities:
Establishes financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting financial information; managing staff.

Accounting Manager Job Duties:
• Accomplishes accounting human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.

• Avoids legal challenges by understanding current and proposed legislation; enforcing accounting regulations; recommending new procedures.

Accounting Manager Skills and Qualifications:
• Bechelor - Master degree in accounting, business, finance, or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience in finance
• advanced knowledge in accounting, tax regulative and finance
• excellent leadership skills

• exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal (excellent knowledge of English language)
